Nucort-M4 Tablet interacts with the following medicines:

• Anticoagulants like warfarin might interact with Nucort-M4 Tablet and may alter the effect either by enhancing or decreasing their anticoagulant action
• Antidiabetic medications like metformin or insulin can interact with the tablets and increase blood sugar levels. You should monitor your blood glucose levels closely.
• CYP3A4 Inhibitors like erythromycin and antifungal medications such as ketoconazole can increase the concentrations of Nucort-M4 Tablet in the body.
• NSAIDs like ibuprofen or naproxen when used concurrently with Nucort-M4 Tablet could increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding and ulceration.

The effectiveness of Nucort-M4 Tablet isn't known to be affected by any specific food items.

Nucort-M4 Tablet interacts with the following diseases:

• Infections: If you have an active or latent infection such as tuberculosis or a fungal infection, use Nucort-M4 Tablet cautiously as it can mask signs of infection and impair your body's immune response.
• Gastrointestinal disorders: People with conditions like peptic ulcer disease, diverticulitis, or ulcerative colitis should take care while using Nucort-M4 Tablet since it might worsen or activate these problems.
• Cardiovascular conditions: Those with heart failure should also use this medicine carefully as it can cause fluid retention, electrolyte disturbances, and raise blood pressure.
• Endocrine problems: Nucort-M4 Tablet can lead to issues like Cushing's syndrome, menstrual irregularities, hypothyroidism and adrenal suppression on withdrawal. Use the lowest effective dose.

The daily dosage of Nucort-M4 Tablet should be as directed by your doctor.
