MP4 Tablet may interact with medications, including:

• Medicines used to treat glaucoma and epilepsy, such as acetazolamide. The concomitant use of this tablet with these medications can cause muscle cramps, loss of appetite, weakness, dizziness, or confusion.
• Anticoagulants such as warfarin. Taking this tablet with anticoagulants can alter the effect of anticoagulants.
• Cardiac medications such as digoxin. The concomitant use of this tablet with these medications can cause irregular heartbeat and increased blood pressure.
• Oral contraceptives such as ethinylestradiol and norethisterone. Taking this tablet with oral contraceptives can increase the side effects of this tablet.
• Antifungal medications such as ketoconazole. The concomitant use of this tablet with antifungal medications can cause immunosuppressive effects.
• Medicines used to treat tuberculosis, such as rifampicin. Taking this tablet with antituberculous medications can decrease the effect of this tablet. 
• Antiviral medications such as ritonavir. The concomitant use of this tablet can increase the levels of this tablet in the blood.
• NSAIDs such as aspirin. Taking this tablet with NSAIDs can cause upset stomach and nausea.
• Neuromuscular blocking agents such as pancuronium. The concomitant use of this tablet with neuromuscular blocking agents can decrease the efficacy of neuromuscular blocking agents.
• Diuretics such as hydrochlorothiazide. Taking this tablet with diuretics can cause muscle cramps or pains, loss of appetite, weakness, dizziness, or confusion.
• Immunosuppressants such as tacrolimus. The concomitant use of this tablet with immunosuppressants can increase the levels of this tablet and immunosuppressants.

MP4 Tablet may interact with diseases, including:

• Chickenpox, measles or shingles. Taking this tablet in these conditions can cause life-threatening complications.
• Worm infestation. Using this tablet in worm infestation can turn the infestation to be fatal.
• Severe depression or bipolar disorder. Taking this tablet in these conditions can further worsen these conditions.
• Diabetes. Using this tablet in diabetic patients can further increase glucose levels.
• Glaucoma. Taking this tablet in glaucoma can further worsen the effects of glaucoma.
• Fungal eye infection. Using this tablet in patients with fungal eye infections can further increase the infection.
• Hypertension. Using this tablet in hypertensive patients can further intensify this condition.
• Pancreatitis. Using this tablet in pancreatitis patients can further increase this condition.
• Peritonitis. Using this tablet in patients suffering from peritonitis can further increase this condition.
• Scleroderma. The use of this tablet in scleroderma can increase the risk of adverse effects.
• Myasthenia gravis. The use of this tablet in patients suffering from myasthenia gravis can cause myasthenia crisis.
• Osteoporosis. Using this tablet for the long-term in patients with osteoporosis can further increase this condition.
• Pheochromocytoma. The use of this tablet in patients suffering from pheochromocytoma can cause a pheochromocytoma crisis.
• Thrombophlebitis. Using this tablet can lead to increased thrombosis in patients suffering from thrombophlebitis.

The daily dose of the MP4 Tablet should be taken as prescribed by your doctor. It can be taken preferably with meals or as directed by your physician. The dosage may change based on individual factors such as the severity of the condition and response to the treatment. It is essential to follow the prescribed dosage and not exceed it without consulting your doctor. 

If you or someone else takes an excessive amount of MP4 Tablet by accident, inform your doctor immediately and follow his advice. The overdose symptoms of MP4 Tablet are moon face, swelling and fluid retention. 

If you forget to take the MP4 Tablet, take it as soon as you remember it. If the time for the next dosage is close, skipping the missed one and resuming your regular dosage pattern is recommended.
