CompositionMP4 Tablet is a corticosteroid medicine used to manage inflammatory, allergic and autoimmune conditions. It contains methylprednisolone, a glucocorticoid that reduces inflammation and suppresses an overactive immune response.
This medicine may also be used for certain rheumatic, skin, eye, respiratory, blood and intestinal conditions, as well as some hormone-related disorders. Take it with food or milk if advised, and follow the dose and treatment schedule prescribed by your doctor.
Tell your doctor if you have diabetes, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, a stomach ulcer, an infection, liver or kidney disease, or a history of mental health problems. Also inform your doctor about all other medicines and supplements you take, and if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not stop taking this medicine suddenly unless your doctor advises you to do so, as gradual dose reduction may be necessary.
