Nitrohart Tablet is used to manage heart failure. It is a vasodilator medicine.
This medicine helps improve symptoms of heart failure and the ability to carry out physical activity. It is used in people who do not respond adequately to other treatments, along with other heart failure medicines. Take it under medical supervision in the dose, frequency and duration prescribed by your doctor. Continue it even when you feel well.
Limiting salt (pickles, papad, packaged snacks), keeping a regular check on your weight to notice sudden gain or swelling, and staying as active as your doctor advises can support heart failure treatment. Limit fluids only if your doctor has advised it.
Before starting, tell your doctor if you have low blood pressure, or kidney or liver problems, and about all other medicines, supplements or herbal products you take. Report fainting, severe dizziness, or worsening breathlessness or swelling promptly. Ask your doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Follow the prescribed dose, frequency and duration, report persistent or serious side effects, and do not stop the medicine unless your doctor advises you to do so.
