Isorus Tablet interacts with the following medicines:

• PDE5 inhibitors: Medicines like sildenafil, tadalafil, or vardenafil can cause severe low blood pressure (hypotension) when taken with Isorus Tablet.

• Blood Pressure Medicines: Antihypertensives such as amlodipine, enalapril, or losartan may enhance the blood pressure-lowering effect of Isorus Tablet, potentially causing excessive hypotension.

• Vasodilators: Other blood vessel-relaxing medicines like minoxidil or nitrates may amplify the effects of Isorus Tablet, increasing the risk of dizziness and low blood pressure.

Isorus Tablet interacts with the following diseases:

• Hypotension: This medicine can worsen low blood pressure, potentially causing fainting or severe dizziness.

• Lupus: Hydralazine in Isorus Tablet may trigger or worsen symptoms of lupus or similar autoimmune conditions.

• Heart Valve Disease: Patients with significant heart valve problems may experience altered effects or complications with this medicine.

• Peripheral Neuropathy: This medicine may worsen existing nerve damage or cause new symptoms in susceptible individuals.

The daily dose of Isorus Tablet should be taken as prescribed by your doctor. The dosage may change based on individual factors such as the severity of your heart failure and response to treatment. Always follow the prescribed dosage schedule.

Overdosing on Isorus Tablet may cause severe headaches, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, flushing, or unusually low blood pressure. You might feel faint or experience a rapid heartbeat. Contact your doctor if these symptoms occur.

If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and resume your regular schedule. Never take a double dose to make up for a missed one.
