It combines a mucolytic that thins mucus, a decongestant that clears a blocked nose, and an antihistamine that eases a runny nose and irritation.
Take it as prescribed using the measuring cup. Drinking warm fluids helps loosen mucus.
Tell your doctor about any heart problems, high blood pressure or thyroid problems before use, as the decongestant can raise blood pressure. It may cause drowsiness, so take care with driving.
