Metopole 25xl Tablet 10 is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension), heart-related chest pain (angina), and irregular heart rhythms (arrhythmia). It also helps prevent migraines and reduces the risk of heart attacks and strokes.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Avoid crushing, chewing, or splitting the tablet.
• You can take this medicine with or without food or as prescribed by the doctor.
• Do not exceed the recommended dose unless your doctor advises you to do so.

Metopole 25xl Tablet 10 is taken orally.
