Imol Suspension is used to relieve pain and reduce fever in children, including discomfort from the common cold, teething, headaches and minor injuries. It also helps ease fever and soreness that can occur after childhood immunisations.
It contains a combination of ibuprofen and paracetamol, which act together to relieve pain and lower fever. Give it to your child with food or milk as prescribed by the doctor. Continue giving it for as long as advised, and do not exceed the recommended dose.
Keeping your child well hydrated, dressing them in light clothing and ensuring adequate rest can help alongside this medicine when managing fever. Use a proper measuring device to give the correct dose.
Tell your doctor if your child has asthma, stomach problems, kidney issues, or is taking any other medicines before giving this suspension. Consult your doctor if the fever does not settle within three days, or if your child develops a rash, breathing difficulty or persistent vomiting.
