CompositionGluxit-S 10/100 Tablet is used to manage type 2 diabetes in adults when other medicines are not enough, controlling blood sugar through two complementary actions.
It contains dapagliflozin, an SGLT2 inhibitor that helps the kidneys remove excess glucose in the urine, and sitagliptin, a DPP-4 inhibitor that helps the body release more insulin after meals.

Tell your doctor about any kidney problems, repeated genital or urinary infections, or a history of pancreatitis before use. Seek urgent help for nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, severe tiredness or difficulty breathing, as, rarely, this class can cause diabetic ketoacidosis even when blood sugar looks normal.
