Dapasach S 10/100 Tablet 10 is a combination medicine used to manage type 2 diabetes in adults when diet and exercise alone do not provide adequate blood sugar control. Effective blood sugar management lowers the long-term risk of diabetes complications such as kidney damage, eye problems, nerve pain, and heart disease.
