Glucreta 5 Tablet 10 is used for the following:

Enhancing control of blood glucose levels in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus
Complementing diet and exercise for better management of type 2 diabetes
Working in conjunction with other antidiabetic medications like metformin, sulfonylureas, thiazolidinediones, DPP-4 inhibitors, and insulin
Reducing the likelihood of hospitalization due to heart failure in adult patients with type 2 diabetes and established cardiovascular disease or multiple risk factors

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
Avoid crushing, breaking, or chewing the tablet.
The medicine can be taken in the morning, either before or after meals.
Always stick to your doctor's recommended dose and never exceed it without consulting your doctor.
