FOL 5 Tablet is used to manage folic acid deficiency, which can lead to anaemia. Each tablet contains 5 mg of folic acid (Vitamin B9), essential for DNA synthesis and red blood cell production. It is particularly beneficial during pregnancy to reduce the risk of neural tube defects.

• Folic Acid: It is a water-soluble B vitamin (Vitamin B9) essential for cell growth, DNA synthesis, and red blood cell formation. It plays a crucial role in managing folate deficiency anaemia.
