Enclex 40 Injection 0.4ml is used for the following conditions:

• Preventing deep vein thrombosis (DVT), a condition where blood clots form in the deeper veins of your body, usually in the legs
• Managing pulmonary embolism (PE), which occurs when a blood clot gets lodged in an artery in the lung, blocking blood supply to lung tissue
• Reducing the risk of unstable angina, which can cause chest pain and discomfort due to reduced blood flow to the heart
• Addressing non-Q-wave myocardial infarction (NSTEMI), where part of the heart muscle has died due to insufficient blood supply
• Managing acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), a severe type of heart attack caused by prolonged blockage of blood supply in the heart

• This medicine is injected under the skin (subcutaneously) or into the veins (intravenously) as directed by your doctor.

Enclex 40 Injection 0.4ml contains enoxaparin (40 mg), which works on your body in the following ways:

• Enhances Inhibition of Factor Xa and Thrombin: Enoxaparin boosts the inhibition of factor Xa and thrombin by antithrombin III. These factors are involved in blood coagulation, so inhibiting them helps prevent blood clots.
• Interrupts Blood Coagulation Cascade: By enhancing the inhibition of factor Xa and thrombin, enoxaparin interrupts the blood coagulation cascade, thus preventing the formation of blood clots.

• Store Enclex 40 Injection 0.4ml at room temperature, store below 25°C.
• Keep it away from direct light, heat, and moisture.
• Always place it in a secure place out of children's reach.
• Use the content within 28 days after the first use.
