• Pulmonary Embolism (PE): Helps manage blood clots that have moved to the blood vessels in the lungs.
• Cardiac Clot Prevention: Helps reduce clot risks in unstable angina and certain types of heart attack.

• This medicine is injected under the skin (subcutaneously) or into the veins (intravenously) as directed by your doctor.

Exhep 40 Injection 0.4ml contains enoxaparin (40 mg), which works on your body in the following ways:

• Enhances Inhibition of Factor Xa and Thrombin: Enoxaparin boosts the inhibition of factor Xa and thrombin by antithrombin III. These factors are involved in blood coagulation, so inhibiting them helps prevent blood clots.
• Interrupts Blood Coagulation Cascade: By enhancing the inhibition of factor Xa and thrombin, enoxaparin interrupts the blood coagulation cascade, thus preventing the formation of blood clots.

• Store Exhep 40 Injection 0.4ml at room temperature, store below 25°C.
• Keep it away from direct light, heat, and moisture.
