Lomoh 40 Injection 0.4 ml is used to manage deep vein thrombosis (dvt).

Uses of Lomoh 40 Injection 0.4 ml are:

• Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT): Helps prevent and treat blood clots forming in the deep veins, usually in the legs.
• Pulmonary Embolism (PE): Helps manage blood clots that have travelled to the lungs and block an artery.
• Heart Conditions: Used, often together with aspirin, to manage unstable angina and certain heart attacks caused by reduced blood flow to the heart.

• Ensure that the the site of injection area is clean and dry.
• This medicine is injected under the skin (subcutaneously) or into the veins (intravenously) as directed by your doctor.

Lomoh 40 Injection 0.4ml contains enoxaparin (40 mg), which works on your body in the following ways:

• Enhances Inhibition of Factor Xa and Thrombin: Enoxaparin boosts the inhibition of factor Xa and thrombin by antithrombin III. These factors are involved in blood coagulation, so inhibiting them helps prevent blood clots.
• Interrupts Blood Coagulation Cascade: By enhancing the inhibition of factor Xa and thrombin, enoxaparin interrupts the blood coagulation cascade, thus preventing the formation of blood clots.

• Store Lomoh 40 Injection 0.4ml at room temperature, store below 25°C.
• Keep it away from direct light, heat, and moisture.
