• Enhances the Inhibition of Factor Xa and Thrombin: Enoxaparin enhances the activity of a natural substance in your body known as antithrombin III (ATIII). ATIII helps inhibit clot-promoting substances Factor Xa and thrombin, thereby preventing clot formation.
