Emeset Injection is used for the following:

Managing nausea and vomiting associated with moderate-to-highly emetogenic cancer chemotherapy in adults and children over 6 months old.
Preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting in adults and children over 1 month old.

Follow these instructions while administering Emeset Injection:

The injection should be administered by a healthcare professional.
The medication is infused intravenously over a period of 15 minutes or more, depending on the dose and indication.
For chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting, the first dose is generally given 30 minutes before chemotherapy.
For postoperative nausea and vomiting, the injection is usually administered immediately before anaesthesia induction.
