• Other xanthine derivatives (e.g., theophylline): Co-administration may elevate the risk of toxic effects, including seizures or irregular heart rhythms (arrhythmias). Dose modification might be required.
• Antibiotics (e.g., ciprofloxacin, erythromycin): Certain antibiotics may raise serum concentrations of doxofylline, potentially leading to toxicity.
• H2 receptor blockers (e.g., Cimetidine): This medicine can reduce the clearance of doxofylline, thereby increasing the possibility of adverse effects.

• Peptic Ulcer Disease: If you have a history of peptic ulcers, using Doxomax Od Tablet 10 could worsen your condition due to its potential gastrointestinal side effects.
• Hypoxaemia:  This medicine may worsen oxygen deficiency in the blood.
• Hyperthyroidism:  This medicine may intensify symptoms such as rapid heartbeat or nervousness; monitoring is recommended.
• Hypertension: This medication might further increase blood pressure due to its cardiovascular side effects.
