Deplatt CV 20 Capsule 15 is used to prevent heart attacks and strokes in people at high cardiovascular risk.

Uses of Deplatt CV 20 Capsule 15 are:

• Heart Attack and Stroke Prevention: Helps prevent these events in people with heart disease or blocked blood vessels.
• Cholesterol Control: Helps lower high cholesterol.
• Clot Prevention: Helps prevent blood clots and keep blood flowing.

• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water. Do not chew or crush it.

• You can take this medicine with or without food.

• Try to take your daily dose at the same fixed time each day.

• Avoid changing your dosage or stopping the medication without consulting your doctor.

Deplatt Cv 20 Capsule is taken orally.

Deplatt Cv 20 Capsule combines three active ingredients:

• Aspirin (75 mg): This component acts by inhibiting platelet cyclo-oxygenase 1 in your body. This blocks thromboxane A2 synthesis, leading to reduced platelet aggregation, thus preventing clot formation.

• Atorvastatin (20 mg): This ingredient works by competitively inhibiting HMG-CoA reductase, an enzyme critical for cholesterol biosynthesis in your body. The inhibition leads to increased LDL clearance, reducing LDL cholesterol levels and slowing the progression of coronary atherosclerosis.

• Clopidogrel (75 mg): Clopidogrel is a prodrug that inhibits ADP-mediated platelet aggregation by irreversibly binding to P2Y12 receptors on platelets in your blood. This action provides additional protection against thromboembolic events when combined with aspirin.

• Store Deplatt Cv 20 Capsule in a cool, dry place, ideally at a temperature between 15 to 30°C.
