It contains gliclazide in a modified-release form and metformin. Take it with breakfast as prescribed. It must be taken with or during the first meal of the day to ensure it works steadily throughout the day and to reduce the chance of blood sugar falling too low.

Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have kidney or liver problems, or if you drink alcohol regularly.
