Cetirizine Syrup is used in children to relieve symptoms of allergies affecting the nose, eyes and skin.

Uses of Cetirizine Syrup are:

• Allergic Rhinitis and Hay Fever: Relieves sneezing, a runny or blocked nose, and watery or itchy eyes.
• Chronic Urticaria (Hives): Reduces itching and skin rashes caused by hives.
• Allergic Conjunctivitis: Relieves redness and itching in the eyes caused by allergies.

Here's how to give your child Cetrizine Syrup:

• Use a proper millilitre measuring device to ensure accurate dosage.
• Remember to shake the bottle well before each use.
• This medicine is sugar-based and needs caution for use in diabetic patients. If your child has diabetes, consult your doctor before giving them this syrup.
• Always keep the bottle securely capped after use.

Cetrizine Syrup is given orally.

Cetrizine Syrup contains cetirizine hydrochloride (5 mg) which works on your child's body in the following ways:
