Cetil Suspension 60ml contains Cefuroxime (125 mg) and works on the body as follows:

• Inhibits Bacterial Cell Wall Synthesis: Cefuroxime works by blocking penicillin-binding proteins in your body. These proteins are crucial in forming the cell wall inside bacteria.

• Causes Bacterial Cell lysis: As Cefuroxime blocks the formation of the bacterial cell wall, the weakened bacteria eventually burst open due to osmotic pressure. This results in the killing of the bacteria.

• Exhibits Time-Dependent Killing: The bactericidal action of Cefuroxime means it kills bacteria over time, helping to manage the infection effectively.

• Keep Cetil Suspension 60ml in a dry place.

• Store it at room temperature before reconstitution.

• After mixing with water, refrigerate and use within 7 days.

• Discard any unused portion after 7 days.

• Ensure the container is tightly sealed to prevent exposure to air and light.
