Budamate 400 Transcaps are used to treat and manage asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The medication reduces inflammation in the airways, helping to prevent symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, and other breathing difficulties.

• Remove the cap from the lupihaler.
• Insert the Budamate 400 transcap into the Lupihaler as described in the package insert or by your pharmacist. 
• Put the mouthpiece in your mouth and take a deep breath.
• Breathe in fully to make sure the medicine reaches your lungs.
• Hold your breath for 10 seconds.
• Breathe out and, if needed, repeat the steps.

Budamate 400 Transcap are inhaled orally.

• Formoterol, the active ingredient in Budamate 400, is a bronchodilator. It helps open up the airways in the lungs. Formoterol works by stimulating specific proteins in the muscles of the airways, which helps relax them and allows more air to flow through. It makes breathing easier and helps reduce the symptoms of asthma and COPD, providing relief and preventing breathing difficulties.
• Budesonide, another active ingredient in Budamate 400, is an inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) with potent anti-inflammatory effects. • It is important to note that this medication should be used as your doctor prescribes. It should not be used to immediately relieve acute symptoms or as a rescue medication during asthma or COPD attack.
