Bladmir-25 Tablet is used to manage an overactive bladder in adults, easing sudden, strong urges to pass urine, frequent urination and accidental urine leakage (urge incontinence). It is a single-ingredient medicine containing mirabegron, and belongs to a class of medicines called beta-3 adrenergic agonists.
This medicine helps the bladder hold more urine and reduces sudden, involuntary bladder contractions. Swallow the tablet whole with or without food, as prescribed. Use the dose, frequency and duration prescribed by your doctor.
Following your doctor's advice on bladder training, fluid habits and limiting caffeine can help alongside this medicine.
Tell your doctor about any high blood pressure before starting this medicine, as it can raise blood pressure and your doctor may check it, and about any other medicines, supplements or herbal products you take. Speak to your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding. Report a marked rise in blood pressure or difficulty passing urine, and report any side effects that persist or become serious. Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor advises you to do so.
