BILASURE 40 M TABLET 10 may interact with the following medicines:

• Central nervous system depressants such as alprazolam or diazepam: Concurrent use may increase drowsiness, dizziness, reduced concentration, and impairment of alertness.
• Macrolide antibiotics such as erythromycin or clarithromycin: Combined use may increase the concentration of bilastine in the body and increase the risk of side effects.
• Antifungal medicines such as ketoconazole: Concurrent use may increase bilastine exposure and may enhance adverse effects such as dizziness or headache.
• Immunosuppressant medicines such as cyclosporine: Combined use may increase the blood levels of bilastine and require cautious use.

BILASURE 40 M TABLET 10 may interact with foods, including:

• Grapefruit juice: Grapefruit juice and other fruit juices may reduce the absorption and effectiveness of bilastine. It is advisable to avoid consuming fruit juices close to the time of taking this medicine.

BILASURE 40 M TABLET 10 may interact with diseases, including:

• Mood disorders: Montelukast may be associated with events such as mood changes, behavioural disturbances, or sleep-related problems. Use with caution in patients with a history of mood illness.
