ATR CLA FORTE 20 CAPSULE 15 is used for the following:

• Prevention of heart attacks and strokes

Follow these instructions while taking ATR CLA FORTE 20 CAPSULE 15:

• Swallow the capsule whole with a full glass of water.

• Do not open, crush, or chew the capsule.

• Take this medicine at the same time each day to maintain consistent levels in your body.

• Consult your doctor if you need specific advice about using this medicine.

ATR CLA FORTE 20 CAPSULE 15 is taken orally.

ATR CLA FORTE 20 CAPSULE 15 contains three active ingredients that work together to protect your heart and blood vessels:

• Aspirin (150 mg): This ingredient prevents blood clots by blocking an enzyme called cyclooxygenase. This enzyme normally produces thromboxane A2, a substance that makes platelets (small blood cells) stick together. By reducing platelet stickiness, aspirin helps maintain proper blood flow through your arteries.

• Atorvastatin (20 mg): This component blocks an enzyme called HMG-CoA reductase that your liver needs to produce cholesterol. This action lowers total and LDL ("bad") cholesterol levels while raising HDL ("good") cholesterol. Atorvastatin also stabilises plaques in artery walls, making them less likely to rupture.

• Clopidogrel (75 mg): This ingredient blocks a receptor called P2Y12 on the surface of platelets. By blocking this receptor, clopidogrel prevents platelets from sticking together, reducing the risk of dangerous blood clots that could cause heart attacks or strokes.
