CompositionAtorsave Ez 10 Tablet 10 is used to lower high cholesterol in adults, including inherited high cholesterol, reducing harmful LDL cholesterol and triglycerides and raising HDL cholesterol, to lower the risk of heart attack and stroke, especially in people with diabetes or heart disease.
It contains atorvastatin, a statin that reduces the cholesterol the liver makes, and ezetimibe, which blocks the absorption of cholesterol from food. Together they lower cholesterol more than either alone.
Take it once a day, with or without food, at the same time each day, and keep taking it even when you feel well.
Do not use it in pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Tell your doctor about any liver or kidney problems before use. Report unexplained muscle pain, tenderness or weakness, dark urine, or yellowing of the skin or eyes.
