It contains a combination of a broad-spectrum antibiotic and a corticosteroid. Wash your hands before use and apply the prescribed number of drops into the affected eye, as directed by your ophthalmologist. If you wear contact lenses, remove them before use and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting.
Avoiding touching the dropper tip to any surface, not sharing your eye drops with others, and wearing sunglasses if your eyes feel sensitive to light can help support treatment and prevent reinfection.
Tell your doctor about any known eye conditions or allergies before starting this treatment. Report any blurred vision or eye pain that does not improve, as prolonged use of corticosteroid eye drops needs medical monitoring.
