Nifedules Ldc Cream 30gm contains three active ingredients:

• Nifedipine (0.3%): As a dihydropyridine class of calcium channel blocker, nifedipine acts on smooth muscles lining blood vessels, causing them to relax. When applied to the anus, it increases blood flow to the area, reduces anal pressure and allows sphincter muscles to relax.
• Lidocaine (1.5%): This fast-acting local anaesthetic works by temporarily numbing nerve endings in the applied area. It achieves this by stabilising the neuronal membrane and inhibiting the ionic fluxes required for nerve impulses to start and continue.
• Imudurea (0.2%): Imudurea in Nifedules Ldc Cream 30gm acts as a preservative, to protect the product from microbial contamination.
