Aceclo Plus Tablet is used to relieve pain, swelling and stiffness in conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, musculoskeletal injuries, dental pain and discomfort after surgery.
It contains aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), combined with paracetamol, a pain reliever. Together they reduce pain, swelling and stiffness, helping improve movement and comfort. Take the tablet as prescribed, preferably after food, to reduce the chance of stomach upset.
Avoid prolonged use without medical advice, and limit alcohol intake while taking this medicine, as this can increase the risk of stomach irritation. Applying an ice pack to the affected area and resting the joint can support pain relief alongside the medicine.
Before starting, tell your doctor about any stomach, kidney, liver or heart conditions, or if you are taking other pain relievers or blood-thinning medicines. Contact your doctor if you notice black stools, unusual bruising or swelling of the face, as this may need urgent attention.
