Candid Lotion is used to treat fungal skin infections by stopping fungal growth and easing the symptoms they cause.

Primary Uses of Candid Lotion are:

• Skin Fungal Infections: Treats athlete's foot, ringworm, and jock itch, relieving itching and redness.

• Apply the lotion gently to the affected skin.
• Make sure to follow the instructions on the package label.
• Do not use more or less lotion than prescribed.
• Only use the lotion on the skin; avoid contact with the eyes, and do not swallow it.
• If symptoms don't improve or get worse, contact your doctor.

Candid Lotion is applied topically.

Candid Lotion contains the following component:

• Clotrimazole (1 % w/v): It is an antifungal agent that stops the growth and spread of fungi, which helps to treat fungal infections. Clotrimazole helps eliminate the infection by inhibiting fungi growth. It relieves associated symptoms such as itching, redness, and discharge.

• Keep Candid Lotion in its original container, tightly closed.
• Store it at room temperature.
• Keep it away from excess heat and moisture, such as avoiding storage in the bathroom.
• Store the lotion out of reach of children

• For skin conditions like an athlete's foot, wear well-fitting shoes that allow air circulation and change shoes and socks at least once daily.
• Avoid using harsh skincare products on the treated skin to prevent irritation.
• If using the lotion for vaginal candidiasis, consider avoiding the use of tampons, douches, or spermicides during treatment, as these may interfere with the medication's effectiveness.
