• Other diuretics: When the medicine is used in combination with other diuretics such as furosemide or hydrochlorothiazide, it can lead to an excessive loss of water and electrolytes from your body.

• Other antihypertensives: The effect of blood pressure-lowering medications like amlodipine or lisinopril may be enhanced, potentially leading to low blood pressure (hypotension).

• Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs): Medicines including ibuprofen and naproxen can reduce the diuretic and blood pressure-lowering effects of Zytanix 5 Tablet.

• Lithium: When taken together with Zytanix 5 Tablet, the level of lithium might increase in your body, causing adverse effects.

Certain foods could interact with Zytanix 5 Tablet, such as:

• Low-sodium diet: It's important not to follow a low-sodium diet when on this medication as it might cause a sudden drop in sodium levels in your blood.

• High-cholesterol food: Foods rich in cholesterol, such as eggs, cheese, and shellfish, may alter the effectiveness of the medicine.

Zytanix 5 Tablet may interact with the following diseases:

• Anuria: The medicine is contraindicated in patients with anuria (a condition where your kidneys fail to produce urine).

• Hepatic encephalopathy: Patients with hepatic encephalopathy (loss of brain function due to chronic liver failure) are also contraindicated from taking this medicine.

• Hypokalaemia: Patients with low blood potassium levels need to be cautious as the medicine can further lower their potassium levels.

• Kidney disease: If you have kidney disease, you should exercise caution while taking the medicine as its effectiveness might be reduced.
