Zimba Cream is used to treat bacterial skin infections such as impetigo, folliculitis and infected eczema. It is a topical antibacterial cream.
This medicine helps reduce redness, swelling and irritation and supports healing. It is not meant for fungal infections. Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin in the frequency and duration prescribed by your doctor, and complete the full course even if the skin looks healed.
Keep the area clean, avoid scratching and wash your hands before and after applying to prevent spread of infection.
Before starting, tell your doctor about any skin allergies or other skin products you use. Tell your doctor if irritation is severe or the skin does not improve. Follow the prescribed dose, frequency and duration, report persistent or serious side effects, and do not stop the medicine unless your doctor advises you to do so.
