Ozewid Cream 10Gm

OZEWID Cream is used primarily for the management of impetigo, a highly contagious bacterial skin infection.

Uses of OZEWID Cream 10gm are:

• Impetigo: Targets the red sores and oozing fluid that characterise impetigo.
• Other Bacterial Skin Infections: Manages other localised bacterial skin infections.

Follow these simple instructions to correctly apply Ozewid Cream 10gm:

• Always ensure the affected skin area is clean and dry before applying the cream.

• Apply a thin layer of Ozewid Cream 10gm on the infected skin as directed by your doctor.

• Gently rub in the cream until it's completely absorbed.

• Remember to wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying the cream unless your hands are in the area being treated.

Ozewid Cream 10gm is applied topically.

Ozewid Cream 10gm contains Ozenoxacin (1%), which works in the following ways:

• Inhibits Key Bacterial Enzymes: Ozenoxacin blocks the action of two bacterial enzymes known as DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV. These enzymes are crucial for the bacteria's survival as they help in DNA replication, repair, transcription, and recombination.

• Kills Bacteria: By blocking these vital enzymes, Ozenoxacin effectively kills off the bacteria responsible for causing impetigo. The elimination of these bacteria leads to the reduction of symptoms associated with impetigo and prevents the further spread of infection.

• Store your Ozewid Cream 10gm in a tightly closed container at room temperature, ideally below 25°C.

• Do not freeze.

• Keep it away from direct heat and moisture to maintain its efficacy.
