Zerodol-P Tablet is used to relieve pain and inflammation in conditions like arthritis, muscle pain, dental pain, back pain, and menstrual cramps. The combination of aceclofenac and paracetamol works synergistically to reduce pain, swelling, and fever, offering fast relief. Its dual-action formula makes it ideal for managing both acute and chronic pain, restoring comfort and mobility, and improving overall quality of life.

Take a Zerodol-P with one whole glass of water.
You can take the Zerodol-P with or without food.
Swallow the Zerodol-P as a whole; do not crush or chew it.
Take the Zerodol-P at a fixed time each day to maintain a consistent level of medication.

Zerodol-P Tablet is taken orally.

Zerodol-P Tablet may cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach upset, dizziness, and loss of appetite. Rare side effects include stomach ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, liver enzyme changes, kidney issues, or allergic reactions. Seek immediate medical attention if severe symptoms occur.

Managing the Side Effects:

Most of the above-mentioned side effects resolve on discontinuation of the Zerodol P tablet. These are temporary and, in the majority of cases, do not require medical attention. If you experience nausea and diarrhoea, take this tablet with food. If you experience severe or persistent side effects from this tablet, consult your doctor.

Zerodol P Tablet 10 composition contains Aceclofenac (100 Mg) + Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (325 Mg) as its active ingredients.

Aceclofenac (100 mg): It is an NSAID that inhibits the cyclooxygenase-2 enzyme, which is involved in the production of prostaglandins. These chemical messengers are key to inflammation, pain, and fever. By blocking the action of cyclooxygenases-2 enzyme, aceclofenac reduces the inflammation, pain, and fever associated with musculoskeletal disorders, joint pain, and injuries.
Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (325 mg): It is an analgesic and antipyretic agent. It inhibits prostaglandin synthesis in the brain to reduce fever and pain.

Pregnancy

Is it safe to use Zerodol-P Tablet during pregnancy?

It should be used cautiously during pregnancy, particularly during the third trimester. It is advisable to consult your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant before taking this medication.

Breastfeeding

Is it safe to consume Zerodol-P Tablet during breastfeeding?

Cancer medications, such as methotrexate. This tablet may reduce the elimination of methotrexate.
Corticosteroids such as prednisone. The concomitant use of this tablet with corticosteroids may increase the risk of gastrointestinal ulceration or bleeding.
Anticoagulants such as warfarin. This tablet may enhance the effects of warfarin. The concomitant may increase the risk of gastrointestinal ulceration or bleeding.
Quinolone antibiotics such as ciprofloxacin and levofloxacin. This tablet can increase the risk of convulsions associated with these medications.
Immunosuppressants such as cyclosporine and tacrolimus. The concomitant use may increase the risk of a decrease in bone marrow and blood cells.
Cholesterol-lowering medications such as cholestyramine. The absorption of this tablet may be reduced by cholestyramine.
Other NSAIDs. The concomitant therapy with aspirin or other NSAIDs may increase the frequency of adverse reactions, including the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding.

Zerodol-P Tablet may interact with diseases, including:

Liver and kidney disease: The tablet can increase the effects on the liver and kidney. In individuals with liver disease, it should be used cautiously, and dosage adjustments may be necessary.
Peptic ulcers: This tablet may aggravate peptic ulcers.
Bleeding disorders: It can increase the risk of bleeding due to its anti-inflammatory properties.
Heart diseases: This tablet may further worsen the existing heart condition.

Daily Dose

The recommended dose of Zerodol-P Tablet should be taken as prescribed by your doctor. The dosage may vary depending on individual factors, such as the severity of the condition and response to treatment. Following the prescribed dosage and consulting your doctor before exceeding it is essential.

Over Dose
