CompositionVomiford-4 MD Tablet is used to prevent nausea and vomiting associated with chemotherapy, radiotherapy and surgery. It contains ondansetron, a serotonin 5-HT3 receptor antagonist.
This medicine is intended to dissolve on the tongue. It may be useful for people who have difficulty swallowing conventional tablets.
Place the tablet on top of the tongue and allow it to dissolve before swallowing with saliva. Water is not required. Follow the instructions supplied with the product.
Tell your doctor about any history of heart rhythm problems before starting treatment, as ondansetron can affect the heart's electrical activity. Seek medical advice promptly if you experience a change in your heartbeat, severe light-headedness or fainting.
