Triglow Cream is used to treat melasma and other dark, uneven patches on the skin (hyperpigmentation), gradually fading dark spots and helping restore a more even skin tone.
It contains fluocinolone acetonide, hydroquinone and tretinoin. It combines an agent that lightens pigment by reducing excess melanin, a retinoid that renews the skin, and a mild corticosteroid that calms inflammation.
Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin in the evening as directed, avoiding the eyes and mouth. Because it contains a steroid, use it only for the period prescribed.
This cream makes the skin more sensitive to the sun, so use sunscreen daily and avoid excess sun. Report marked or spreading irritation, or thinning of the skin with prolonged use.
