Composition

Metoprolol Succinate (50 Mg) + Telmisartan (40 Mg)

Telzox M 50 Tablet is a combination medicine used to manage high blood pressure (hypertension) in adults. Keeping blood pressure under control helps reduce the risk of serious cardiovascular events, including heart attack and stroke.

It contains telmisartan and metoprolol succinate, which belong to the groups of angiotensin receptor blockers (ARBs) and beta-blockers. Take it with or without food as prescribed. Continue taking it regularly even if you feel well, and do not stop taking this medicine suddenly, as abrupt withdrawal can worsen heart issues.
