• CYP3A4 Inhibitors: Medicines like azole antifungals, macrolide antibiotics, and HIV protease inhibitors may increase the levels of ivabradine in your body, potentially causing more side effects.

• CYP3A4 Inducers: Medicines such as rifampicin and phenytoin can decrease ivabradine levels, potentially reducing its effectiveness.

• Heart Rate Lowering Medicines: Use caution when taking Ivables 5 Tablet with medicines that slow the heart rate, such as beta-blockers and calcium channel blockers. This can increase the risk of a very slow heart rate (bradycardia).

Certain foods may interact with Ivables 5 Tablet:

• Grapefruit Juice: This drink can increase ivabradine exposure, affecting how your body processes the medicine.

Ivables 5 Tablet interacts with the following diseases:

• Low Blood Pressure (Hypotension): If you have low blood pressure, Ivables 5 Tablet can further lower it.

• Severe Liver Disease: People with severe liver disease should use Ivables 5 Tablet with caution as it could worsen their condition.

• Acute or Decompensated Heart Failure: In these conditions, Ivables 5 Tablet should be used cautiously as it may not work as well.
