Rosloy Asp 10/75 Capsule 15 is used for:

• Lowering the risk of heart attacks

• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.

Rosloy Asp 10/75 Capsule 15 contains two active ingredients:

• Rosuvastatin (10 mg): This component works by blocking an enzyme in your body called HMG-CoA reductase, which plays a key role in cholesterol production. By inhibiting this enzyme, rosuvastatin effectively lowers the levels of "bad" cholesterol, total cholesterol and triglycerides in your body while increasing "good" cholesterol. This slows down the progression of atherosclerosis or hardening of arteries.

• Aspirin (75 mg): Aspirin works by permanently blocking platelet cyclooxygenase enzymes in the body, which decreases the production of thromboxane A2. Thromboxane A2 is a substance that promotes platelets in the blood to clump together and form blood clots. By reducing its production, aspirin helps prevent blood clot formation, thus reducing the risk of heart attacks and strokes.
