Telekast F Tablet is used to manage allergic rhinitis and allergy-related respiratory symptoms. It helps reduce sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, and airway inflammation. The tablet also assists in controlling bronchospasm and mucus secretion, making breathing easier during allergy flare-ups.

Instructions to follow while taking Telekast F Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew it.

• This medicine can be taken with or without food, as per your doctor's advice.

• Try to take the medication at the same time each day for optimal results.

Telekast F Tablet is taken orally.

Telekast F Tablet contains two powerful active ingredients:

• Montelukast (10 mg): This ingredient is a leukotriene receptor antagonist. Leukotrienes are substances in your body that can cause inflammation of your airways, leading to mucus secretion and bronchospasm - a sudden constriction of the muscles in the walls of the bronchioles. By blocking the action of leukotrienes, Montelukast helps reduce inflammation in the airways, providing relief from allergy symptoms.

• Fexofenadine hydrochloride (120 mg): This is an antihistamine, which works by blocking the action of histamine at H1 receptors in your body. Histamine is a substance that triggers allergy symptoms such as sneezing, itching, and runny nose. By preventing histamine from acting on these receptors, Fexofenadine effectively manages these allergy symptoms.

• Keep your Telekast F Tablet in a dry place at room temperature, ideally below 30°C.

• Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and heat.

• To maintain the medicine's effectiveness, don't expose it to excessive moisture or air.

• Keep your medicine out of children's reach for safety.
