It contains telmisartan. Take the tablet with water as prescribed, with or without food. Establish a regular routine by taking it at the same time daily. Keep taking the medicine continuously even if you feel completely fine, as hypertension is often asymptomatic.

Inform your doctor before starting treatment if you have kidney or liver disorders, low blood pressure, or are taking other medicines. TELDAY 40 Tablet should not be taken during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Regular blood tests may be conducted to check kidney function and potassium levels.
