Tamflo DFZ Capsule is used in adults to help manage kidney stones, easing the passage of stones through the urinary tract while reducing pain, swelling and inflammation.

Tamflo DFZ Capsule contains two active ingredients:

• Deflazacort (30 mg): This is a corticosteroid which reduces swelling and inflammation in the kidneys by suppressing the production of inflammatory mediators in the body. This action helps promote the passage of kidney stones and alleviates associated discomfort.

• Tamsulosin (0.4 mg): As an alpha-1 receptor antagonist, Tamsulosin targets the smooth muscles in the bladder, neck and prostate. Relaxing these muscles improves urine flow and facilitates easier passage of kidney stones through the urinary tract.

Together, these two components work synergistically to address kidney stone symptoms effectively.
