CompositionTamsukem Plus Tablet is used to help kidney stones pass more easily by relaxing the muscles of the urinary tract and reducing inflammation. It relieves the pain and discomfort caused by the movement of kidney stones.
It contains tamsulosin, an alpha-blocker that relaxes muscles in the urinary tract, and deflazacort, a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation. Take it as prescribed, usually after a meal. Continue taking it for the duration advised by your doctor.
Drinking plenty of water throughout the day helps keep urine dilute and can support the movement of kidney stones. Limiting salt and animal protein in your diet may also help reduce the chance of new stones forming.
Before starting, tell your doctor if you have low blood pressure, liver or kidney problems, or are taking other medicines for blood pressure. Contact your doctor if you feel persistently dizzy or lightheaded, especially when standing up, or notice swelling.
