It contains two medicines from different classes, a corticosteroid and an alpha-blocker. Take it as prescribed. Rise slowly from sitting or lying positions to reduce the risk of dizziness.
Drinking adequate amounts of water throughout the day helps support stone passage and prevents new stone formation. Your doctor may advise dietary changes such as reducing salt and animal protein to reduce future stone risk.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor about any planned eye surgery (particularly cataract surgery), liver or kidney problems, or low blood pressure. Tell your doctor about significant dizziness or urinary changes. Speak to your doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
