Tell your doctor if you have kidney disease, liver disease or high blood potassium levels before starting this medicine, and about any other medicines, supplements or herbal products you take. Speak to your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding. Report unusual tiredness, muscle weakness, an irregular heartbeat, breast tenderness or swelling, or reduced urine output promptly, and report any side effects that persist or become serious.
