Synca Eye Drops are used to treat high eye pressure in conditions like open-angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension. They work by lowering intraocular pressure, helping to protect the optic nerve and prevent vision loss. This medicine may be used alone or with other eye drops for better control.

To use Synca Eye Drops correctly, follow these steps:

• Start by washing your hands thoroughly.

• Tilt your head back slightly and pull down your lower eyelid to create a small pocket.

• Hold the dropper above the eye and squeeze out one drop into the pocket without letting the dropper tip touch your eye.

• Close your eyes for two minutes and apply gentle pressure on the inside corner of your eye with your finger to prevent the liquid from draining out.

• If you are using other eye medications, wait at least 5 minutes before putting them to prevent washing away of Synca Eye Drops.

• Remember to replace the cap after each use.

Synca Eye Drops contain a blend of three active ingredients:

• Brinzolamide (1%): This ingredient is a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor. It works by reducing the production of aqueous humour in your eye, which is a clear liquid that fills the front part of your eye.

• Brimonidine (0.2%): As an alpha-2 adrenergic receptor agonist, brimonidine reduces the production of aqueous humour and increases its outflow from the uveoscleral route. The uveoscleral route is a pathway through which aqueous humour drains from your eye.

• Benzalkonium Chloride (0.02%): This compound acts as a preservative, providing antimicrobial properties that help maintain the sterility of the multi-dose container.

• Store Synca Eye Drops at a temperature below 30°C.

• Keep the product protected from light.

• Ensure the bottle is tightly closed when not in use to maintain its sterility.

• Avoid allowing the dropper tip to touch any surface to prevent contamination.

• Regular exercise can assist in managing ocular hypertension or open-angle glaucoma. Gentle physical activity like walking or yoga can help maintain general health, but remember to avoid any head-down positions that could increase eye pressure.

• A diet rich in leafy green vegetables and colourful fruits, which contain eye-friendly nutrients like zeaxanthin and lutein, can support overall eye health. However, always consult your doctor before making any significant changes to your diet or exercise routine.
