Ruticool Cream is used to manage external haemorrhoids, making sitting, walking and passing stools more comfortable.

Uses of Ruticool Cream 30gm are:

• External Haemorrhoids: Relieves pain, itching, swelling and irritation caused by piles.
• Anal Fissures: Eases discomfort associated with anal fissures and irritation.

Ensure you follow these instructions while using Ruticool Cream:

• Make sure the affected anal area is clean and dry before application.

• Apply a thin layer of the cream gently to the affected area

• Do not apply this cream inside the rectum as it's intended for external use only.

• Wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying Ruticool Cream.

Ruticool Cream is applied topically.

Ruticool Cream contains multiple active ingredients that work together to manage the symptoms of hemorrhoids:

• Troxerutin (2%): A flavonoid derivative, troxerutin improves vascular tone, strengthens capillaries, and reduces their fragility. It has venoprotective, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that aid healing.

• Calcium Dobesilate (0.25%): This vasoprotective agent works by reducing the permeability of capillaries, improving microcirculation and reducing inflammation, which helps decrease swelling and bleeding from hemorrhoidal blood vessels.

• Lidocaine (3%): As a local anaesthetic, lidocaine numbs nerve endings in the affected area providing fast relief from pain by blocking nerve signals responsible for pain perception.

• Hydrocortisone (0.25%): This mild corticosteroid has anti-inflammatory and anti-pruritic effects. It minimises the immune response that leads to redness, swelling and itching in inflamed tissues.

• Zinc Oxide (5%): This ingredient has a mild astringent action that soothes and protects irritated skin. Zinc oxide forms a barrier on the skin to reduce friction and prevent further irritation.

• Phenylephrine (0.1%): This sympathomimetic agent narrows the blood vessels in the anal area which helps shrink swollen tissues and reduce bleeding.
