Rozalet 20 Tablet is used to treat high cholesterol and triglyceride levels. It helps reduce the risk of heart disease, angina, and stroke by supporting artery health. Take as prescribed, usually once daily in the evening with or without food.

While taking Rozalet 20 Tablet, follow these instructions:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush or chew the tablet, as it may alter its effect.

• Make sure to take this medicine consistently at the same time each day.

• Avoid abruptly discontinuing the medicine without consulting your doctor.

Rozalet 20 Tablet is taken orally.

Rozalet 20 Tablet comprises two active components:

• Clopidogrel (75 mg): As an antiplatelet medication, Clopidogrel plays a pivotal role in preventing blood clot formation. It functions by irreversibly blocking P2Y12 adenosine diphosphate (ADP) receptors found on platelets, which are key in clotting. By inhibiting platelet aggregation, Clopidogrel reduces the risk of arterial blockages that can lead to serious cardiovascular events such as heart attacks or strokes.
