Romilast L 5 Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat allergy symptoms such as a runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and itching. It also helps manage asthma symptoms and allergic skin conditions in children.

It contains montelukast and levocetirizine. Take it with or without food as prescribed, usually in the evening or as directed by your doctor.
