Remo-V Tablet is used for the following:

• Control of blood glucose levels in type 2 diabetes mellitus

To effectively use Remo-V Tablet, follow these instructions:

• Swallow the tablet whole with water.

• It's recommended to take the tablet after a meal or snack to lessen the chances of stomach upset.

• Do not alter the dosage or stop taking the medicine without consulting your doctor.

• Regularity in taking this medicine is crucial for maintaining controlled blood sugar levels.

Remo-V Tablet is taken orally.

Remo-V Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Remogliflozin etabonate (100 mg): This ingredient falls into the category of SGLT2 (sodium-glucose co-transporter 2) inhibitors. It works by blocking the reabsorption of glucose in your kidneys, which leads to increased glucose excretion through urine. This process effectively helps to lower blood sugar levels.

• Vildagliptin (50 mg): As a DPP-4 (dipeptidyl peptidase-4) inhibitor, vildagliptin works by increasing levels of certain hormones known as incretin hormones. These hormones play a major role in stimulating the pancreas to produce more insulin when blood glucose levels are high. This reduces glucagon secretion, which helps regulate your blood sugar.
